I asked Scott to paint the exterior of a house that had multiple stories and surfaces and was in poor condition. There was a tight time frame for the work to be completed, and it was done in late winter. He started on the day promised and finished on time. Scott Pelham was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive, communicative and upfront in advising the lead time before he could get to our job. On top of that he was very competitively priced. Compared to others I tried to deal with who wouldn't return calls, flatly refused to consider the job because they were too busy or quoted ridiculous prices because they weren't overly interested in the work, Scott was a fresh of breath air.
