We are thoroughly pleased with the work Scott and his team at Pelham Painters did on our residence. It was a complete exterior job, including soffits and gutters, and the re-sealing all windows. From the walk-through quote process, to the project execution and the final walk-through, the experience was very positive and pleasant. Distance was no problem for Pelhams and (in spite of distance) they always turned up when they said they would. Scott Pelham was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very responsive, communicative and upfront in advising the lead time before he could get to our job. On top of that he was very competitively priced. Compared to others I tried to deal with who wouldn't return calls, flatly refused to consider the job because they were too busy or quoted ridiculous prices because they weren't overly interested in the work, Scott was a fresh of breath air. The job was done quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of fuss (even when we changed our mind on the paint colour at the last minute!). I asked Scott to paint the exterior of a house that had multiple stories and surfaces and was in poor condition. There was a tight time frame for the work to be completed, and it was done in late winter. He started on the day promised and finished on time.
